seeks to further amend the Notification No. 73/2005 - Customs, dated the 22nd July, 2005 and Notification No. 10/2008- Customs, dated the 15th January, 2008 to bring about necessary changes as per the second protocol amending the India Singapore Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement.
seeks to amend notification No. 158/95-Customs dated 14th November, 1995 to allow re-import of certain indigenously manufactured electronic goods, for repair and reconditioning within seven years from the date of exportation, without payment of basic customs duty subject to the condition that the goods are re-exported back after repair and reconditioning within one year from the date of re-importation.

Seeks to increase tariff rate of basic customs duty (BCD) on Walnuts in shell [0802 31 00 ] from 30% to 100% and increase tariff rate of basic customs duty (BCD) on Protein concentrates and textured protein substances [2106 10 00] from 30% to 40% by invoking section 8A (1) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
seeks to amend notification No. 50/2017 Customs dated 30.06.2017 so as to maintain effective rate of BCD on Whey, concentrated, evaporated or condensed, liquid or semi-solid (0404 10 10) and Other Whey (0404 90 00) at 30%.
seeks to increase tariff rate of basic customs duty (BCD) on tariff items covered under tariff sub head 0404 10 ie. Whey and modified Whey, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, and under tariff item 0404 90 00 ie. Other Whey from present 30% to 40% by invoking section 8A (1) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
seeks to further amend notification No. 24/2005-Customs dated 01.03.2005 so as to withdraw exemption from BCD on Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), of cellular mobile phones and impose 10% BCD on them.
seeks to further amend notification No. 57/2017-Customs dated 30.06.2017 so as to withdraw exemption from BCD on Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), Camera Module and Connectors, of cellular mobile phones and impose 10% BCD on them.

Seeks to increase BCD tariff rate on Chana (Chickpeas), [Tariff item 0713 20 0] from 30% to 40% by invoking section 8A (1) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and accordingly, the effective rate of BCD on Chana (Chickpeas), will also be 40%.
Seeks to increase import duty on all types of sugar under tariff head 1701, [Raw sugar, Refined or White sugar, Raw sugar if imported by bulk consumer] from the present 50% to 100% (Tariff rate) with immediate effect and without an end date.

seeks to revise anti-dumping duty on imports of Hydrogen Peroxide originating in or exported from Bangladesh, Taiwan, Korea RP, Indonesia, Pakistan and Thailand by amending the notification No. 28/2017-Customs (ADD) dated 14th June, 2017.
